Task vs. Purpose

Take a quick look at your to-do list for today and ask yourself if the items on it are task-related or purpose-related.

If checking off those items doesn’t systematically bring you closer and closer to accomplishing an objective that puts a fire in your belly, then you’re just completing tasks.

People aren’t passionate about tasks. They’re passionate about purpose.

When you find a purpose that drives you, the tasks become steps that you’re eager to take and even more excited to complete.
